I used Ryans Pool Cleaning since he started. I have had several issues with his & Employees not showing up for whole months at a time, I pay him cash and PayPal friends and family per his request, and he can not keep track of his invoicing at all. I paid him cash for the last 2 months at a time and he did not show up, I never got the month of service I was supposed to when his employee did not show up as well. He also raised my rates on me after he had been servicing my pool for almost 5 months. Find a quality reputable service company not a fly-by night that used to work for someone else and thinks he can run out and be a pro. Definitely not a company to hire for your pool service.
