Fraud! He took a 40,000 deposit and never did one thing. He lied about dates and would not respond to our requests for our money back. We are in the process of having him arrested and prosecuted! He is a con man and a fraud! If you or someone you know have had a similar experience with him please contact us or the Virginia Attorney General's Office or the Suffolk Police Department to be a part of this case. Thank you.

I would give Ryanâ s Oasis Pools 7 stars if I could. Ryan came out 4 times in July trying to assess the problem with the pool that I was charged with managing. The owner finally confessed the pool had not been drained and cleaned in 25 years!! Ryan said the pool was not safe. It needed to be drained and cleaned; adding more chemicals would not help. The owner refused, bought 2 chlorine floaters and a jug of black algae killer and put it in the pool. Then she called Ryan. I estimate the chemical cost for the last two months at $1,000. Thanks to Ryan for his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Ryanâ s Oasis Pools.
