I was recovering from abdominal surgery and my husband was working a 12 hour shift. We had noticed a hole and some missing shingles in the garage roof following a storm but neither of us could fix it. Ryan came the next day, picked up the supplies and fixed the roof for a fair price. No stress, friendly service. I am so grateful.

Ryan responded first to my request from HomeAdvisor for roofing repair businesses. He completed the roof repair (which was replacing missing shingles from wind damage) in a timely manner. He was very professional and did a great job. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Ryan was the 4th roofer at my house over the past year; nevertheless, my roof continued to leak. Ryan came over to my house yesterday (Sunday) and started the work. He came back today and worked for another 4 - 5 hours. He showed me pics along the way and the finished product looks fantastic. He was very thorough and very easy to work with. We agreed on a price before he started his work - the job turned out to be much more extensive than he originally thought. He stuck with his original price, but I paid him more for his excellent work ethic, promptness and honesty. I would highly recommend Ryan without hesitation.

We hired Ryan to repair two low-slope rubber membrane roofs. He was very responsive to questions and timing, and provided photos to document the damage we suspected. Ryan recommended patching one level that was still in otherwise good shape, and determined that we could actually safely use shingles on the lower roof -- a cheaper and more durable solution. He took the time to explain why he was doing things a certain way, and went above and beyond to ensure the chimney would be well protected from rain and critters. I'd happily recommend him for any roofing project.

Ryan was very easy to work with--communicated regularly, successfully identified the issues, outlined his work and schedule, was thorough, creative and did a really nice job repairing roof at a very reasonable price.

I would recommend Ryan to my neighbors and friends. His work schedule is flexible, price is very reasonable, he replies to messages in couple of minutes, and never been late. We had a ceiling leakage. Ryan water tested our roof twice to detect the issue in the beginning of work and at end to make sure it was fixed. I gave him a 4.5 not really for quality, the roof looks like new. However, he did his best to detect and fix the problem, he was honest and explained it was not 100% guaranty after all he nailed it. I trust him and give him a call if it leaks again.

Ryan did a fantasic job on my roofing projects. He called me right away and then came out and gave me a estimate on the work needed on my front porch and garage overhang. We discussed the options of materials. He was very knowledgable and meticulous in the detail to the work needed. He cleaned up all of the debris from the projects. Ryan was extremely fair in his prices. I had other companies come out and gave me outragous prices for less work than what he did. I have hired him for another upcoming project because I am so satisfied with his workmanship and would highly recommend him for repairs, Ryan is super nice too.

When I called Ryan with wanting estimates for several rental properties was very prompt on returning my call. Ryan was also very accomadating to working with my schedule as to completing repairs very very fair price n super nice!! Great job!!
