AC failed over weekend, called Rye Heating & Air Monday morning. Gina was able to schedule a technician that afternoon. Matt arrived and performed diagnosis. Blower motor on 11-year unit needed replacement. Came back next day before noon and replaced the motor. Matt was professional in work and, like Gina, provided very friendly service. We have used Rye previously and will continue to call for any service needs.

Technician was prompt, friendly, and honest about repairs needed and the long-term state of the heat pump.

Enjoyed the time spent with Sebastian and Chris both know what their doing and despite my interference they stayed on course .

Their both professionals and everything went according to plan . Even better for me they have a sense of humor.

Fast and Efficient

The workers were prompt, respectful, knowledgable, and handled the job perfectly. Cleaned up after themselves when they were done too and made sure everything looked nice once it was installed. Customer service was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We will continue to use them for any future work on our system.

They called me within minutes of my request here and they came the same day. The worker was fast, efficient and loud spoken which caused a little problem while working from home but the job was done. They were there less than 30 mins. A bit pricey and I never got a break down what each thing was charged, but under $500 for a transmitter repair on A/C.
