Always an hour late. Shower door started to leak after job completed. Installed a piece to stop leaking that is now, less than 2 years later, coming off because rotting away.

Todd came out and gave us quote, paid them for a piece of glass and its been weeks they do not answer and will file police report because they took off with my money and I do have receipt . I did try calling both phone numbers and didn't get a hold of anyone. It was 800$ deposit

Its an obvious scam and gave Todd two weeks to get back with us. After two month and out 250.00 we would like a refund either cash or bank check.

I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. Todd showed up on the 26th, measured the size of the tempered glass railing (not a selectable category on HomeAdvisor), and took $50 deposit. Install was supposed to happen on January 30th. I have been calling and texting since but he has not returned my calls. He is wasted my time and money - do not hire him.

Do not deal with them. They take your money and then can not get a hold of them.

They were very responsive, extremely affordable, quickly and great to work with and highly recommended.

The owner (Todd) has a great work ethic and takes pride in his work. He exemplifies true craftsmanship. The office staff (Lorenzo) is extremely professional and sensitive to customer’s issues. I will use Ryleigh Glass again when the need arises and will pass the word along to friends and colleagues.

Reasonably priced

I hired them to add beveling to my exsising mirrors - they did a great job -- but since then i have had an issue with two of the beveled edges - TODD HAD STOOD ME UP ON NUMEROUS OCCASION - I can't you how many times he was supposed to come and repair the job he did .... I am now going to have to find another glass man to FIX HIS WORK ---- STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!

They came in for a minor repair but never completely finished the job. Now I've been chasing them down to come back. Worse off, they're paid in full!

I contacted them a year ago to have an antique mirrored dress repaired. It had almost all the mirrors cracked. The job took longer than expected, but that was not the issue. When we received it, it looked really nice, however a couple of months afterward we started hearing the mirrors crack at night. I don't know if it was the quality of the mirrors they used or the way they were placed but now I'm back to where I started. with a cracked mirrored dresser after spending a significant amount of money to repair. I've been trying to contact them to have it fixed, they came over to check and take measurements again, but now I can't get a hold of them. I've left them tons of messages and I get no answers. If I try someone else the antique hglass wont match! aghh so frustrating!

Professional, fair, and easy to do business with. I would definitely hire them if I need glass/window work in the future.

They picked up the damaged mirror in it's frame the day that i called and returned the new one mounted in the existing frame the next day .. excellent turn around time and very helpful over the phone to arrange the service and billing.

This is a very professional company. Lauren had someone out to give me an estimate the same day. The price was reasonable. The work was done within a few days. The window is as good as new.
