    Worst experience hiring a company we have ever had. They came out and tested and gave us a quote. We hired them for the job. They said we had to pay half up front. So on their first day we gave half- in cash- which was a huge mistake. They started the job. To remove mold from the ceiling in our den. They re tested and the levels were higher. They said the only way to get rid of it was to rip out every piece of wood and get an entire new roof, decking and drywall. We hired a roofer and set a date for both roof and Rytech to come out so Rytech could treat the support beams. Our roofer did his job and waited for a while for the mold guys to show. They never did so we called them. They lied and said they came over and we told them to go away- never happened. We said we needed someone to come out and they said their workers walked out and they could not. While our roof was fully open you could see the sky we had to call around other mold remediation comp. to come finish their job. We emailed them and said we want a release of contract because they did not hold up their end. They never responded. 6 months later they ( Randy) called to collect their debt. We laid out the situation and they said they would look into it. They asked for proof. My husband asked for an email address to send it to. Randy never got back to him. My husband called a week later saying he needed the email address to send proof. Randy admitted he forgot, then said he would email him that day. He never did. Now we just got a bill from a bill collector company asking for $5k- which is $2,000 more than he even originally said we owed. And they claiming we never paid the half up from when they started the job. What was already a very stressful situation turned into a nightmare because we trusted Rytech to do their job, and that was a mistake.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
