Very prompt response, very good detailed estimate, very responsive price, detail, they capture the customer vision of what the customer wanted. I would certainly recommend them again. They got the required City permits, identified underground utilities before starting digging so as to prevent problems and surprises down the road, erected temporary safety fences at the end of the day to protect open excavations. In short, they took minor steps that ensure a good project at the end. They invested all the time needed to complete my project perfectly, will describe as hard workers, striving for the highest quality results.

The custom gate design and installation was excellant. The fence is straight and very well done and we are absolutely satisfied with the workmanship and overall look of the fence. Our only comments were that the installers did not pick up after themselves as we had to constantly pick concrete bags, drink cups, wrappers that the wind had blown everywhere. Overall, I would defenitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a vinyl fence.

Sharon and Sam of S3 are true professionals. I would score them 98% on planning and execution. That would follow with a 100% with their handling unexpected things beyond their control. A ONE OR TWO DAY PROJECT TOOK A WEEK. AFTER ALL THAT THE GATE REMAINS CROOKED. I EXPLAINED WHAT I WANTED VERIFIED THEY UNDERSTOOD BUT DID WHAT THEY WANTED. WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

Sharon is very knowledgeable, and worked with me throughout the process. The field has been communicating and letting me know when they would be working, etc. This is good and it allows me to determine when to be at home, etc. My completion date will probably be today 4/7 or 4/8 - so this rating seems a bit premature, but thus far I am happy with the progress and I've had several neighbors inquire as well. Sharon was great, she was very professional and likeable. We were able to select fence we wanted and she gave us a qoute on the spot. Delivery was relatively fast and work well done. Definately S3 is a company that will get the job done the way you want it.
