Alex and his crew are absolutely wonderful to work with and they do great work! They pay attention to the small details. They see the vision you have with you and they fully execute it. Alex has great customer service! He is extremely responsive with his communication and he honors his word, which is definitely a dying trend in my opinion. They stay on schedule, they even touched up a few small items that were not included in our quote to make sure it looked good! I will always recommend S.A.I Construction Services! Alex checked off every single item on our list when ot came to hiring a professional to do the work. BEST PART - His prices are amazing! So far, hiring Alex was our best decision after deciding to sell our house!!! Thank you, Alex and your crew!!!

Long story short I had to replace half of my living room ceiling because of water damage! My main concern was that the texture would not match and you would be able to see a huge difference. Alex insured me that they could get it to 90% to match. I think they got it closer to 95% to match it was spot on! They painted the ceiling in the living room and did some repair on my hallway stairs. They laid cardboard down to protect my Pergo flooring and put plastic up to prevent dust getting to the rest of the house. When they were finished I had a brand new living room, they cleaned up all the construction debris and swept all the construction dust up and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work that they did. I was even comfortable enough to give them a key to the house so I did not have to be here and I would continue to work not miss any time off. I highly recommend S.A.I. Construction company on your project

The owner of this company clearly takes pride in the quality of the work provided. The work ethic of the crew was outstanding. The owner responded promptly to my initial request for a quote and arrived exactly on time for that appointment. The quote was provided that evening and was detailed and a good value. Once weather permitted, the crew arrived early each morning and often worked til 6 pm. The owner was also on site daily to inspect the work and answer any questions. The same two members of the crew did all the painting and were extremely careful and detailed about their work. I could not be happier with the final results. I recommend the company without reservation. Everything was completed in a timely, careful manner - exactly as promised. Outstanding experience!

Alex and his crew met all my expectations, they painted 4 rooms and a outside deck. The were all professional and efficient. Alex showed up every day to ensure I was happy about the work that was being done. This is the best company I ve ever dealt with. They knows what they re doing when it comes to customer service and taking care of the customer. I was treated with the upmost respect and admiration. Making sure they did everything that I wanted done. They told me I did not have to be at home in order to do the job they would take care of everything. I was shocked! I did not have to miss work or take vacation time in order to be at home to get the job completed. They moved a little bit of light furniture and cleaned up all the construction dust. Would I hire them again? Absolutely! Thank you so much S.A.I. for the great professional work you did on my house.

In addition to above qualities Alex was thorough and accurate with his estimate..The paint job was perfect-all walls, trim, and doors.Everything was cleaned up by the time we did the final walkthrough. Due to virus precautions I did not meet other painters but they obviously adhere to Alexâ s high work standards. Highly reccomend this business.

I am a maintenance tech for 2 properties and I have been using S.A.I. for approximately 4 years. Their quality of work, punctuality and customer service for painting and drywall work is outstanding. Out of over 100 jobs they have completed for my sites there has been two reported concerns regarding two jobs. When S.A.I was notified, the owner was on site the same day to rectify the problem. Out of all of the contractors I have used in the last 12 years they are by far my favorite contractor to work with and I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing work done. I have found that it is rare to find a contractor who is as prompt and dependable as S.A.I. Making sure their customer is happy is one of their top priorities!
