I can't recommend this company enough. They've completed numerous projects at my home over the years, including building a large deck, installing outdoor lighting, and handling multiple landscaping installs and cleanups. From start to finish, they are always professional and incredibly thorough. Their proposals and contracts clearly outline exactly what to expect, which makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really sets them apart is their flexibility--whether I've needed to adjust the budget or expand the scope of a project, they've always been willing to work with me and make it happen. I also have to mention Danny's crew--they are fantastic. Always respectful, willing to go the extra mile, and they consistently leave the job site neat and tidy at the end of each day. I entered into a $5,650 contract with Salmon Sky Landscape Co., owned by Danny, to sand and stain the entire pergola, top deck, and standalone deck; remove the existing pergola cover and install an aluminum cover; and pressure treat all lumber. I paid a $2,650 deposit for materials. Per the agreement, an additional $1,500 was due only after sanding and pressure treatment were completed, with the remaining balance due at project completion. Before completing the required work, Danny requested the second payment. I explained that payment would follow the contract terms. He later stated there was a ?misunderstanding,? but the scope of work and payment schedule were clearly outlined in the contract. On Monday, he emailed that he was withdrawing from the project and would keep the $2,650 as full payment. However, the limited work performed does not justify retaining the full $2650 that I paid.

I found them on Angi , and awarded a contract to Salmon Sky Landscape Company (SSLC) for installing an underground drainage system for storm water runoff from my new gutter and downspout system installed by another contractor. SSLC’s design, detail, quality of materials offered, layout, professional presentation and communication of the proposal by owner Danny Cook sold me on their proposal. I was looking for the best value for my budget. The project has proven a success, with good communication, excellent craftsmanship by the workers and timely performances. To avoid misunderstandings in a new contract, I watch work as it is being performed and communicate as the work progresses as in this case to a successful completion, very much to my satisfaction. I in fact, awarded a second contract to SSLC for placement of Scalloped edging, and construction of two paver stone outdoor patio like platforms. The technique and workmanship is impressive and I don’t mind shouting out a good job to this company.

We had such a great experience with Salmon Sky. Danny and his crew were all fantastic to work with. I gave him an idea of the deck we wanted and what we ended up with was beyond amazing. We have a beautiful, cozy, magazine worthy deck and outdoor space. I've also used this company in the past for landscape jobs and Danny really has great vision and great ideas! Thank you Salmon Sky!

Danny did a few projects for us, including backyard landscaping, sod, fence, etc. He did a terrific job in each of these. Itâ s been a great pleasure working with him, which is why we keep hiring him for more projects.

He is a great communicator, always keeping you informed of the progress being made every step of the way. The quality of work is excellent.
