Sam arrived on time (actually a little early), fixed everything, and explained everything to us. He also gave me advice on how to fix another issue on my own at a very low cost. I will definitely hire him again for the next plumbing job.

"..she had a water heater re[laced by another professional., I did replace the controls but One was defective and she didn't want me to work on it any more, I told her it would not cost her anything for me to replace it....I did install a new kitchen faucet for her and also help her remove a screw in a piece of wood near her washing machine and repair a leak on an outside faucet valve at no additional cost."

The only issue was no notification of being late. Appointment was for 9 and did not show until after 12.

"He called in the morning and told me he had a conference call at 11, so he changed it till after 12 PM. I did have another small job before him. We fixed a leak into the downstairs apartment and installed his faucet on a pedestal sink. He was happy when we left."

"Scheduled 10 days in advance, he had a leak between the kitchen floor and the basement on a drain line..We replaced a copper 1 1/2 "pipe and checked a second leak ."

"Unclogged kitchen drain, also re-piped 3/4 water main ,made it lower so dryer could be put on a platform next to the washing machine, now it is in another room and they have to carry the clothes from the washer to the dryer."

"Remove tree roots in main drain. Later dug up 4" vent pipe in front yard and replaced the pipe and installed a new vent cap. Picked up chemicals to kill the roots yet not harm the trees."

"Emergency..massive water damage...Opened the front door-living room flooded rugs furniture-pictures walls -ceiling falling down. I pulled down enough ceiling to locate the pipes and water damage. The problem was the toilet on the 2nd floor...the following day I picked up and installed a new toilet and supply. The toilet was never used and over time the gaskets and washers dry rotted and the fill valve failed and kept running water into the tank and then it leaked through the floor onto the ceiling. She was away."

"Installed a 30 " Vanity base and top with new shutoff valves new supplies -new trap and faucet. Also, put two 3/4 " ball valves on her water main so she would have some control of the water in the house."
