"Good Evening, I have tired to get in contact with you for over a week to get everything worked out, have gotten no response via email, text, and call. I am writing to you to see if you will get in contact with me as I see you are not satisfied but I am going to write word for word on what our texts said and you was pleased with everything from when I left. So I wanted to see what went wrong after I asked did you like everything even my employees and you said yes. Anonymous "Ok then I need to pay for the dirt and mulch to be delivered? Does that include some plants or do I pay for those separate and when would you be available to do the work" I (Rick) stated back "The $200 covers the bushes with labor and everything. Far as dirt where was you looking to place dirt? Anonymous "I just figured we'd have to add more dirt to plant new stuff. How many plants and what kind? That's mainly a shaded area almost all of the time" Rick "I think you would be okay far as dirt, I would hold off on that unless we need it, we can always get some. Save the money if you can :) I would go with taxes bush it would look really nice right there. I would also add some lilies to the front of landscape to give it some color" Anonymous "When would you be available to do this work and yes the lilies sound like a good add" Rick "I can do it this weekend if that's okay with you" Anonymous "OK can I let you know tomorrow for sure" Rick "Sure can :) no worries take your time" Skip forward a couple texts..... Rick "Wanted to send you a quick text, was at one of the nurseries I deal with and came across these bushes (Royal Burgundy Barberry) and wanted to see what you thought" Anonymous "Don't those have a lot of thorns on them? Rick "They do" Anonymous "HMMM good for keeping burglars from window.. Can we mix them with the Taxus? LET ME CHECK AND MAKE A QUICK CALL I DO HAVE A SMALL BUTTERFLY BUSH AND 2 YELLOW MUMS AND ONE PINK MUM" Rick "Ok your fine.. I'm here at the nursery so whenever you find out just let me know :). Also since you have the mums you don't need flowers correct?" Anonymous "I think we'll have enough I was trying to pick up 3 bags of real fine mulch and about 3 bags of dirt, so I need to build it up around the corner, anyway so if you want to grab those that would be fine OR I CAN GRAB THEM WHEN I GET THERE" This is the complete conversation so after trying to contact you and resolve the issues.. I don't believe the comment above was acceptable as in the texts everything was explained and I did explain when I got there that dirt wasn't really needed and could save some money there and the vine growing on the ground, that it would be a waste of $$$ to buy any mulch.
