Sean from S&A did an outstanding job installing new window in out master bathroom and bedroom window above a pitched roof, both on 2nd floor. The location of the windows were challenging and dangerous due to the roof angles. I am very fussy and he exceeded my expectations. Sean communicates well to coordinate dates, very concianous and quality of work is A+. Having him come back to do more windows and to paint the house.

I’ve known these guys a long time! When we bought our first home, we wanted to build a fence first before saving for a gate. They worked with us and helped us get exactly what we wanted! Always on time! They handled everything from beginning to end and communicated throughout the process! They worked through the rain and cold without complains and even power washed our driveway after done with all their work. 10/10 would recommend and we plan on using them for a secondary house we own for some wood that rotting off the house!

Beyond grateful for their awesome work! I called Sean for an estimate to paint the full exterior of my house and he was the most professional and knowledgeable contractor out there. Fast turnaround time and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable knowing his professionalism and craftsmanship is truly the best in the Houston area. Exterior 111 siding and trim was pressure washed and painted. Work was professionally done and completed in two days and was reasonably priced. I would use them again.

Sean went above and beyond given the circumstances with my HOA board, many contractors gave up on me with the amount of work I needed done on my rental property, from previous tenants, and he did everything I was hoping for and more!

Sean and his employee took down old, damaged fence, and built replacement in two days.

After he quoted me, he was at my house within a few days to install a new fence (about 100ft long) turn around time was quick and work quality was top notch! I loved that he answered all my annoying questions, most importantly I felt comfortable in his presence, heâ s EXTREMELY professional and very respectful! 10/10 for this young fella!
