3 months post install: They were extremely professional, on time, efficient, and able to interpret our goals/visions of our home and turn them into reality. We ended up going with the Shutter Shield wood shades and could not be more happy. We have 3 small children and did not realize some of the safety concerns poses by the blinds in a home. They took the time to explain what child safe options were available to us, the pros/cons, and gave us the space to make our own decisions. This process has been one of the few experiences where I feel I have got what I paid for. I am writing this review because i feel that quality businesses and work should be highlighted.

What a terrific experience from start to finish. Iâ m thrilled the way my roller shades turned out! Iâ m really happy with the subtle natural look that it adds to the space and our home looks stunning. As far as quality of sales, service and installation, SASS far exceeds expectations. Absolutely the best choice we could have made for window coverings in our new home. Measured with precision laser accuracy, and installed with the same attention to detail. Excellent team effort to insure our remote control for the motor driven choices as well as for our manual chain drive choices were adjusted with the same precision and attention to detail. Especially nice is having our 12â glass doors to the pool shaded with 3 separate remotely controlled motorized sections enabling us to have privacy with 2 sections lowered and 1 section raised to have access to the pool. This is something we never thought of, but was suggested, which we love, and illustrates the thoughtfulness of this company. Thank you SASS. All 3 sections can be lowered or raised at the same time, making it a pleasure to greet a new day, or say good night to the end of the day, with a simple click on the remote. With a bonus 10 year warranty, huge choice for selection and style, and service after the fact, look no further. SASS is the best.
