Dean is amazing guy. He is always so friendly, talks with my kids and makes sure you know what is going on every step of the way. I wouldn't have anyone but Dean do work in my house. He always answers and makes sure to fit you in. Number 1 guy!

I would like to give S.A.S five stars for the quality of work that they do. Steve knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the porch and basement of my house. Dino was also extremely helpful, informative and communicated effectively and consistently with me on what the work that was being done. They are a strong team that goes the extra mile to accommodate their customers. I would highly recommend S.A.S to anyone, I left a very happy and satisfied customer.

Sales person tells me one thing , the employees tells me they have to do it a different way, with out trying the way the sales person said they could do it, they forgot to show up on the day they were scheduled, gave me the truck broke down speech ( but someone told the truth) They was in a hurry to do the cement , was told it would be straight cuts and would not notice when dried, some of it is higher at the edges then others (waves) One of the employees hit the manual fill for the boiler system filling it and didn't say anything causing a couple of thousand dollars in damage , when i trued to talk to the owner about it , he seemed angry, maybe having bad day, but did not want to listen to what i had to say about any of it
