A man from S and H called me almost as soon as I posted the need to have window glass repaired in my home on the home advisor site. It took more than a week to get the glass measured and installed which I thought was a bit longer than I expected.

They called to discuss my problem within 15 minutes from the time I submitted it on-line. We scheduled the appointment within 10 days, and they were actually half hour early in coming. They were very knowledgeable about Anderson sliding doors and fixed my problem with very little effort. The charge was $100 as we discussed on the phone.

"The job was completed 4 days late due to a snow storm and cold weather. This was not an emergency job and doing the work in bad weather would have created a mess in his house. We checked with the customer after the work was done and he said he was satisfied and he said he would use us again in the future. We did not request a check in advance. He wanted to pay ahead. He posted this rating before we did the job."

Work quality was great; contractor was very nice, responsive. Turn-around took longer than I expected (1 week to re-screen three frames), and price seemed a bit high. I didn't have time to shop around, so I hired despite concerns over speed & cost, but would hesitate to rehire as a result.
