Was spoken to so rudely by the person who answered their phone when I had paid them in cash as they asked Called the owner to let him know what was said and no response. I had questions and was told that I should not have a pool if I cannot take care of it. I had a Pentair system and they put in a Hayward super pump. My husband had died and I had maintained my Pentair pump since his death. I just wanted a question answered about my new system they installed

Response from Company:

We have no record of this customer calling our office. We installed equipment for her over a year ago with no complaints. I find it hard to believe that she spoke to our office and we would not answer a simple question.

S and R Pools were referred to me by a co-worker. I had my pool installed late in 2018 and did not utilize the pool until 2019. The process went smoothly and the workers were great. Once the pool was open I noticed spots on the sundeck and brought it to the attention of Kevin. There were areas on the sundeck where the plaster was missed so there were rough and discolored areas. Kevin indicated to let the chemicals do the work. At the end of the summer the rough and discolored areas remained. I asked to have the area replastered because the pool looked old and I just spent close to $50K on the pool. He said the plaster color would not match and I needed to sign something saying I was ok with that, so I did. We agreed it would be done the following year when I opened up. When it came to opening the pool he sent Dave and Dax and they just did an acid wash, when I spoke to them about the plaster they said they were here for that. At that time I said look at the lines it looks like cracks now, sort of spider web lines, and they told me again they were only there for the acid wash and opening. I left it alone until it was time to close. Scott came and was very helpful walked me through the process of closing, answered all my questions on the equipment. I showed him the sundeck and he agreed it looked horrible. He said he would mention it to Kevin. I sent Kevin, the owner, and email and he answered, I also sent pictures of the deck and said that happens. I also said I thought we agreed to replaster, he said that Dave and Dax said it did not need it. I told him the deck looks horrible and old, and you had me sign a waiver to have it fixed and it never happened. I told him I have been complaining to them for two years and that I would like it done. Let us just say I have not heard a word from him since. I have sent follow up emails and no response. $50K is not easy to come by and I work very hard as a single parent and though it may not be a lot of money to him it is to me. I have stayed with them because most of their workers are great and I have learned a lot from them on managing my pool. I am very disappointed in the fact that he has just ignored my emails because I would expect better from someone who was referred. I will be looking into this with my attorney to see what I can do to have this fixed.

We had Tommy and Kip come to open our pool. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They walked us through the entire process of how to maintain our pool, and were willing to answer all of our questions. We would certainly work with them again!!
