We couln't be happier with the quality of work performed and materials used all at a very good price. Our primary concern for a panel upgrade & rewire of our 4 bdrm, 40 yr old house was for safety and to add power for furnace (attic) & air cond (outside). We got all this with professional & caring advice that met our additional requirements for recessed kitchen lighting, bathroom fans & lights, outdoor lighting & various cables to rooms. Rick and Anthony are very knowledgable and competent and nice people, too. Their pride in their work shows. We highly recommend.

Excellent work, great price, and great attention to detail. Ours was a big job. Rick and Co. did a complete rewire of our 1937 home, replacing all the old knob-and-tube, fuse box, adding a subpanel, GFCIs in the bath and kitchen, arc-fault in the bedrooms, linked fire detectors, bathroom fan, recessed lighting in the kitchen and hallway, etc They took a lot of time and care to find out what we wanted to do and asked lots of good questions to make us think how we will use our new home. They also did lots of extra work to avoid damaging our plaster. City inspector approved with flying colors! Highly recommended. We would use them again!

They had no idea how to install the whole house fan so my husband had to reinstall it correctly and fix the hole in the ceiling they cut the hole for the fan too big even though the direction clearly stated what the rough opening should be. THey charged way too much for what they actually did right $400 for pulling wire for an outlet in the attic! I am very disappointed.

I had some electrical problems and needed some wiring done at my house.. S & S was very prompt and reasonable..would recommend them to anyone...

It took several attmepts to get together at my house to evaluate the project of replacing my bathroom ceiling fan, but once they came and put the new fan in, I was happy with the end result. They are friendly and easy to work with.

I hired S&S for a wiring problem in my very old Southern Pacific cottage in downtown San Jose. The team was very efficient at not only pin-pointing the problem, but in executing its resolution. The gentlemen were polite and respectful at all times, there were no hidden fees or extra charges, very up front and communicative, responsive throughout. They actually saved my home from burning down! The wiring was shot; these guys put me to ease.

The electrical wiring in my kitchen had gone bad and needed to be redone - a difficult task in an Eichler since the old wiring was encased in a pipe in the concrete slab of the house when it was built in the 1950's. S & S rethought out the project and a solution was created. The work was done quickly and well with imagination and expertise combined in the process. During the work, the handle on my oven door was dislodged and broken, and although I was promised that they would come and fix it - they did not - even when I had called a couple of times on it. That was my only disappointment with the work.

To get a contract , promise lot of stuff and but by the end thing s are not done as per expectation, When changing sub-panel , took the dry-wall off and then say I don't patch the dry wall etc. Give the very generic quote and when installing the recessed lighting clearly mentioned I am looking for dimmer switch but at the time of installation, I have to purchase the dimmer switch separately. And even call him again to label the sub-panel for all the room circuit but no response back. To get the contract ready to accommodate the schedule but finally ended up to moving the work to next week.

A little confusion on minimal fee; quickly isolated and resolved problem with circuit.

Quickly determined the problem with a set of outlets (GFI was tripped on a hidden outlet), and then replaced several outlets with GFI outlets and covers for outside at my request. They worked quickly and everything is working perfectly.
