They came out on time (actually, slightly early). They did good work, and only the work that needed to be done, which saved me money. They had good advice for me also. The final bill was very reasonable too.

S&W responded immediately and professionally. My sump pump was replaced and another small plumbing problem (W/C) was corrected. Mark and Tom were great even on a winter storm day. Tom was very careful in my home on a terrible snow day. I felt the cost was reasonable (even though I didn't have a chance to price compare). I would go to them again for any plumbing needs.
