THE WORST!!!! Do not use this company!! Sloppy, overpriced, terrible job.

I am so happy to have chosen S&A Pro Painting to remove my house popcorn. The gentlemen were so professional, respectful,and hardworking. They put plastic all over my house to protect my stuff. At the end of it all they made sure I was happy with the results by asking me to do a walk through with them. Now my house looks so much brighter and modern with the new smooth surface. I couldn't be any happier with how it turned out. Thank you for your hard work S&A Pro Painting. I will surely keep you in mind for future work.

11 days later and I m still waiting for a report from S&A Pro Painting. No reply to voicemail or email.

I wrote a previous review in which the business commented that they suffered additional losses and this is the reason for my weak review. Not only was this true, I wasn t dissatisfied with the price (it was an insurance claim) it was poor communication, constantly shaking around, ignoring my calls, and the perfect dirty craftsman that we had to do a lot of work again. It was before the Covid time that this project was done, avoid this company for any big project, the fact that they lied to try to appease my review shows their true color.

Amateur management and customer service. The workers were very pleasant but the quality of work was very poor. Now the roof of my house looks worse than when they started.

Do not hire this contractor. He does not show up at the work site, he deliberately leaves out the promised items outside the guess / contract. His staff cannot speak English. They damaged my floor and tried to hide the damage from me. He demonstrates tactics and intimidation to intimidate his customers. He is not reliable, trustworthy or honest. Get away from him as fast as you can.

I tried to get Sink back to the small extra part to finish the job and he didn t have time. Frustrated with the change. Customer service is not as good as the big project I did with him first.

I have called SA Pro Painting several times and left a voicemail asking them to do some work in my home. About a week passed but no one from the company contacted me. I understand that you can be busy, but you should at least communicate with potential customers.

The painters did not apply primer when moving from darkness to light. Had to do multiple quotes. Didn t clean up. Didn t finish small details.

Tried to communicate for 2 or 3 weeks. Sent emails and left multiple voice messages. No one ever took the time to respond to one.

Poor schedule and communication. The work crew failed to match the color of the paint and had to redo their work to correct it. Our work seemed like an inconvenience.

Great company in all possible ways so I stopped by here because I just felt like I needed to say how good they actually were, not going to lie some of these reviews make you doubt a little but they seemed the most professional company and they actually were. I highly recommend this team. They are very quick, clean and the outcome was beautiful it was more than I expected. Iâ m glad I left the couple of bad comments aside because I personally think that people rush more to de a bad comment than to do a good one and this company seems like they do hundreds of jobs each year. I will definitely call them again without doubt!

Probably the most unprofessional bunch of workers. I had my popcorn ceiling removed and paint the exterior of my house. These guys are terrible and did not use any protection for anything. There was paint everywhere, on our antique furniture, kitchen cabinet doors. I was so tired of the excuses I just paid them to go away. No management besides the day they started and the day they wanted to collect. I should have losten to my instinct after their first day and tell them to go away.

Great reliable company they have done 3 of my rental properties and the continue on pleasing me with price and quality work. They left my ceilings completely smooth and everything was very clean what a good experience! 100% recommended!

My experience was amazing with this company. My wife also love the painting. Workers were efficient and professional with there job. It came out amazing and I would definitely hire S&A Pro Painting again. So I recommend that everyone should hire them because they do amazing job.

S&A propainting painted my roof and I have to say it was worth the price. Very high quality paint and very professional painters. Loved the results and will definitely keep them in mind for future jobs.

My wife and I just bought a home and needed the exterior done asap. The estimate was quick, the job was efficient and the team was very professional. We are very happy with the job and would 100% do business with them again.

I warn everybody to stay away from these people. Read other reviews first. We hired them to smoothen our walls and paint. They promised the job would be done in 4 to 5 days. The job was completed after 3 weeks. The customer service and lack of communication are the worst you can imagine. They do not pay attention and the word NO is the favorite of their vocabulary. If you ask them to do something they will not BUT they have a poor little worker, named Jorge who is amazing and will try his best. Jorge, if you read this review, please start your own business. Do not work for people that abuse your generosity and hard work. Instead of trying to finish the project in time by sending more people, only one person was working on the entire house for almost 2 weeks. Some days, they will not show up when it was agreed to and no phone call was given. They sprayed plaster in our AC unit and had advised that they would clean it and by the end of the project, seeing that it was harder to clean, they pulled a lie out of their hats and said it was already there before when we have pictures of them clean before the project started. They broke stones on our patio that needs to be replaced and plaster left on top of cabinets. Their cleaning is very superficial. I guess everybody has their own vision of what something clean looks like. The owners are crooks. When it came time to pay, they were afraid to come to collect the payments and wanted me to leave payment in our mailbox to collect and I asked the owner to come to pick it up at my home and they were scared and sent the poor Jorge at 8 pm to pick it up. Shame on you S and A pro painting. I hope this review sheds light on how poorly you operate the business and that our society pays attention again to reviews so that people like you start thinking twice before making mistakes and not respecting your customers. Stay away from them!

Terrible experience! I should have heeded the warning from the other customer review and not hire this company. They sell you on their workmanship, quality, and protecting your property, but that gets tossed aside for **rushing** to complete the job. I realize popcorn removal is a messy job. However, they did a poor job of protecting my walls, furniture, and personal possessions. They damaged my: exterior landscape lighting, wood stairs, wood floors, walls, and blinds -that I can determine so far. The worst part is that they have very poor attention to detail and poor work quality. I had to do my own quality inspection and point out a lot of things that were either unfinished, not painted, or damaged by them. They had one or two workers in the crew that I was actually able to communicate in English to get my message across. Ironically, those two workers were the ones that seemed to perform the best at their job and seemed to constantly have to guide or repair the others work. The job took much longer to complete than planned and their cleanup was poor. My home should not look worse when they complete the project than it did before they began... I selected them because I wanted a PROFESSIONAL result. I would not choose them again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

Do not hire this company, a lot of lip of promises on their quality and warranty. They totally destroyed my doors. They were perfectly glossy and white. We changed the color to gray. They came and painted with a water based paint, although I was told that last time I did my doors they need to sand the doors. They told me that they were using a technique with paint thinner to stick. The came several times to repair the job but only to make it worse. They told me no to worry as they will fix the problem, then they called me to refund me for the doors without including the damages. I will not recommend this company. We will be starting now a legal process since I will not be paying. They told me they pull place a lien on my house, and I am fine with this as I would then take them to court. If this is the type of contractor you want to hire to have a terrible job and then need to settle in court, you have the right lousy company.
