Steve s communication is great, he keeps you updated and let s you know what info he needs. I was also very impressed by his planning and scheduling. The project was completed on time and on budget and we are now really enjoying our new basement!

Steve was great to work with. He was very proactive in keeping us up to date on schedules and progress reports. Our deck was finished within the expected time frame. The work area was always kept clean and organized. We're very happy with the finished product.

Steve at SBCI was great to work with on our basement remodel! He was very responsive to questions, the project was completed on time and he worked with quality subcontractors. He partners with companies that allowed us to stay within the budget allowance for tile/carpet and bathroom fixtures. The basement was cleaned up every night after work finished for the day. Steve also started and finished the project before other contractors were able to begin. We are so thrilled with the basement and quality of his work. I would absolutely use him again!
