Steve at SBCI was great to work with on our basement remodel! He was very responsive to questions, the project was completed on time and he worked with quality subcontractors. He partners with companies that allowed us to stay within the budget allowance for tile/carpet and bathroom fixtures. The basement was cleaned up every night after work finished for the day. Steve also started and finished the project before other contractors were able to begin. We are so thrilled with the basement and quality of his work. I would absolutely use him again!

We hired Steve for our deck. Right from the beginning he was very friendly and very informative. We had a lot of questions and he answered them happily and honestly. He made some suggestions for us that proved to be very good. He and Tim were so nice, on time, very clean and hard workers. We had an add-on at the last minute (a gate) and he was accommodating and did an excellent job! Very fair pricing and started right when he said he would. Highly recommend!

The owner is a gentleman, very honest and will give a very fair price. If he is saying something, he is saying it truthfully and is not hiding anything from you. This project went smoothly for several reasons. Steve was honest about his schedule and even though he couldn't start for a month, I knew that, and he was there the day he said he would be. Steve was very clean...every day the work area was neat and organized. Steve was very good at managing details, especially with 3rd party providers (such as the city of Eagan for permits and the dumpster company). The final product was beautiful and we are completely satisfied with it. Give Steve your business, you won't be sorry!
