We had work done on two properties in the same circle. They were so efficient. Finished in one day and it was a pretty big job. They cleaned up the mess perfectly and everyone was super respectful of the property. The quality of work was perfect. Super highly recommend!

Nice experience. Prompt with estimate appointment time. Best of 3 bids. Prompt with demolition and haul away. The pour was prompt and they repaired a damaged sprinkler line without any inconvenience to me. Nice job. I would recommend Santiago and company. Maybe the only opportunity here would be for them to accept credit card method of payments. Maybe there is a reason for not but would have been more convenient for me and faster payment for them.

Job not done yet, but so far experience excellent. Came right away (Thursday, 9th), gave an estimate "on the spot", and job will be done tomorrow (Saturday, 11th). Can't ask for any better service than that. Based on other customer comments, I'm sure the job will be more than satisfactory, but would have prefered to wait on an overall rating until work is complete.

Santiago came out the first day and emailed an estimate that afternoon. He snd his crew finished the job as promised, showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up. I would absolutely recommend SPD!!

Hired for concrete removal only. Was lowest initial bid. They underestimated the thickness of the concrete, and when they started busting it out realized it would take a bit more to get it out. Price for removal went up 200$ to cover cost of rental equipment. Santiago was very nice though and split the difference with us. I was very pleased with the overall project and Santiago was great to work with.

Santiago was very prompt, courteous, and his price was reasonable. The work they did was ok. but not perfect. Despite my instructions not to damage the turf or leave any mess, both happened. Turf was pulled up in chunks instead of cutting it out so it could be laid back down- it died. Dirt and concrete were tracked on basement floor. The repairs made caused the outside steps to pull away from the stringer and they left it that way. He was agrumentative when I pointed out problems but did fix the place where the steps had pulled away from the stringers. Would recommend for quick, reasonably priced work but not for really neat work.

Professional, courteous. Quick response. Communication was good and the work was done quickly and correctly. We were not so much looking for the cheapest person but the person that knew what they were doing and we are VERY pleased with the result of Santiago's work. Project was done well and quickly. Care was taken to protect shrubs and home. Contractor left a couple large pieces of concrete behind and shoulder of street was stained with concrete residue from clean up.

Santiago came out the day I called to look at the project and give me a quote - he was very personable and professional. The quote was very competitive, and he was able to start and complete the job 3 days after the quote (due to another job being pushed out). Aside from not fully understanding a nuance in the local construction code that resulted in reworking a step he had put in, the work done was excellent. After I pointed out the problem, he was very amenable to fixing it that night and he's team stayed late to finish the job. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Santiago and his team.

I talked to Santiago on the phone we made an appointment to few the job site. When we met he gave me the estimate, we scheduled the job. Santeago started the work on Saturday and the job was completed by Monday. I highly recommend SBD Cincrete

Santiago came up with some good ideas. The retaining wall was built as per the specification within the property line limits which were marked by a land surveyor. Young, motivated and hard working people. Stuck to the original bid/estimate. But I would like to advise them on their lack of communication and planning skills: letting the customer know when they will be late or if they are planning to work on a specific day at all, or exactly how many days the project will take to finish etc.,are basic, expected business practices. They are a young company; maybe they are still learning and growing from each project they do. Just my opinion

Santiago was very professional, good communication. Team was punctual, hard working and competent. The one problem that I had with the company was that the sill plate on my garage foundation was problematic and the anchor bolts were set too deep. Santiago came out a couple of times and rectified the anchor bolts--a sign of a conscientious company.

Santiago and his team showed up as planned (a little late but they called to let me know) and did a great job in providing me 2 concrete steps where I needed them. They didn't fill in a crack they were going to so that is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. I would use them again.
