I hired them. First, they were hindered by a vehicle accident. Then they finally called mid-week and we set up a Friday date which they showed up and discovered that they did not have a ladder with them that would reach the top side of my home and gutters. He said that he would pick up his longer ladder on the following Monday and call and set up a day to do the job between Tues and Sat. I have not heard from him.

After a few hiccups with scheduling the crew came out and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned an area that I did not request but needed it. The crew was so nice to talk to and never hurried the job even though they had other work to do. I have never seen my home look so clean. They are on my call list for the future. Great job!!

I was very impressed by S&B's promptness in returning my call and getting the job done. It looks great. They pressure washed my house, 3 retaining walls and a small shed I had. They even put my porch furniture back and hung the stuff back on the walls. I will hire them again!!!

After some initial confusion about the rate, service was excellent. Workers were very polite and the quality of the work was excellent - they did little "extras" here and there like our welcome mat as well as the siding being spotless! I would definitely hire them again!

S&B pressure washed our siding, gutter and and windows. They were responsive to our request (within 2 days were able to come out). They were polite and did a great job. They made sure to ask whether we were satisfied with their work. We were and decided to ask them to pressure wash our outdoor patio as well. They were also reasonably priced. We ll definitely use them again.

They were very prompt with getting back to me and came the next day. I was very pleased with the service. My patio and deck looks amazing. They came back to stain my deck too and did an awesome job.
