S&B Renovations

These guys had to put with my three dogs barking from inside the house for days while they worked. My house is nearly 100 years old mission style. The guys cut away some old security iron work, repaired the crawl spaces, power washed the terra cotta. Then they painted the doors a nice bright red. The house was painted white with dark brown trims. I was very pleased with the results.

Quality of work and quote is good.

We were pleased with the work performed. Everyone we dealt with was articulate, professional and flexible.

Very professional staff that completed the job quickly in a high quality manner.

Very professional, on time, very respectfull, outstanding final product and kept the work areas very clean. Sam and his team are outstanding and I highly recommend due to quality of work and customer service.

Great job! I have crazy high ceilings and those guys did an amazing job. When I bought the house the whole interior was blue- an intense shade of blue. They put 3 coats over it and now I have beautiful, white walls. It seemed almost impossible to achieve but they did it! Very professional, trustworthy and quick.

He was a wonderful person. But I thought it was a bit expensive.

The guys at Unique Coating were great to work with. I appreciated the extra steps they took to insure that my project was done well and that I was satisfied. Thanks Sam!

Professional, friendly, and most importantly, Unique Coatings did a great job. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Unique Coatings.

Overall I would rate our experience with Unique Coatings as excellent. From bid to the final product, Sam and his crew were there for us every step of the way. Sam ensured all of our needs and concerns were met and addressed as promised. He also offered up some great color advice that we ultimately went with and couldnt be more happy with the final product.

From the very first contact, Unique Coatings was professional, personal, and reliable. Sam Coffey and his team were wonderful to work with and I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy with the work. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about painting their house.

Unique Coatings transformed our great room from a dated log cabin to a spacious beach cottage. They were efficient and the price was right. Thank you Unique Coatings!

High quality, professional work at a fair price. Sam and his crew were very accomodating including working around our schedule and making the changes that we needed.

Unique Coatings did an excellent job on our project. Sam was by far the most professional and knowledgeable of the contractors who provided us estimates. We paid a bit more more than we had planned, but the custom faux finish work they did was well worth it. People can't believe it isn't wallpaper! Thanks Sam!

These guys did a great job. They were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

From start to finish Unique Coatings was great to work with. We acquired several bids to have 16 wood exterior doors painted, 3 metal gates painted, and one door replaced/painted. Sam provided a detailed quote and was willing to work with us to get the pricing to where we needed it to be. He was extremely proactive after the quote and it was obvious he wanted our business. The team paid attention to the details, ensured that our home remained clean, and were a pleasure to work with. Upon completion of the work there were a few touch-ups required which were promptly addressed. We are happy with the final outcome.

Unique Coatings arrived on time, made sure to cover all of my furniture, and painted the house quickly and cleanly. It was a was definitely a great experience.

They were on time, professional and did not leave a mess. I am very pleased with the results

I am so thrilled with the work that Unique Coatings did. After hiring a contractor, who later we found was performing illegally as one, he had walked off the job and left our house in ruins! Unique Coatings came to the rescue within a day and promised to clean and do the job right. They exceeded my expectations. Now when I look at the walls of my house, the cabinets and all the little details I sigh with relief that I found such an AMAZING company. Not only will I hire them again to finish the upstairs soon, but I will reccomend them to anyone I can because they are so fabulous. I am so thankful to have met Sam and his wonderful crew.

The bid included paint. Because three colors were needed, I added $20. Turns out I had enough of two of the colors. The door paint was oil base. They used ROLLERS to paint the wooden doors!.. I know the oil based paint, brushed on, would have left a smooth finish, as before. Didn't sand (to remove the roller texture. He left saying, Now you got brush marks." Which there wouldn't be if they had done it right the first time. Back door had two shreds of scotch tape--they did not remove, but painted over. Wood not smoothed first; crooked, sloppy lines. He said, well it's better than it was before. Some standard of painting!

Great team to work with! The quality of the work was excellent and they completed the job in three days!

Fast and very reliable did a great job

All work done to spec, flexible payment, and results meet my expectatons. Rob

Very professional and attentive to detail. Great follow up.

They came exactly when they said they would. The paint job on the exterior of the house was great. Everything I had hoped for. All the crew were professional and cleaned up everyday. There was no debris left at the end of the day. The price was fair.
