About us
I’m Sedrick a maintenance technician currently working in off-campus student housing, where I handle a wide range of day-to-day repairs and upkeep to keep units and common areas running smoothly. My background includes maintenance roles at three hotels as well as apartment communities, so I’m very comfortable working in fast-paced environments where quality and quick turnaround both matter. Over time, I’ve built solid experience with general repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry. I take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and getting the job done right the first time. Right now, I’m looking to take on small to medium-sized projects where I can put my skills to use, whether that’s repairs, installations, or general maintenance work
