Have a 450 sf deck, with two ells. The surface had had several coats of deck paint and overdeck applied during the last 35 years. Sal/crew did a great job of getting down to the wood, which was 95% structurally sound, and putting on a first coat of solid stain. They were prompt, and completed the job in one morning, using a combination of a planer and sanders. Very reasonable price

SCC Flooring Corp was fairly priced, was able to schedule within a few weeks of inquiring, and did a wonderful job! We had some water damaged planks due to a leaky dog bowl. The repair tech came on time, wore a mask the whole time (appreciated!), and worked quickly and efficiently. He took the shoe molding off and put it back on in perfect condition when the repair was complete. The floors are in perfect condition now. Thanks so much for the excellent service!

After having my existing floors refinished very poorly by another company, I knew I would not be using them to sand and stain brand new unfinished hardwood that I had installed in the rest of my house. I had called Sal based on a recommendation from a contractor. He came to my house the same day and gave me a very reasonable estimate shortly after he left. He was very responsive and easily reachable for any questions I had before and during the work. His crew was neat, effective and did a beautiful job on my new floors. My only regret is not calling Sal sooner and hiring him for the first job. I would highly recommend him and his company and I plan on using them to redo the terrible job that was done on my other floors.

Sal came out and installed flooring after a flood destroyed the bottom floor of our house. We love our new floors! We are so grateful to Sal and his team. We would recommend him and use them again.

Sal is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He came right away and we went over my needs, he gave me his opinion and once we agreed on what I wanted he gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. I had other estimates but I felt very confident with Sal. His crew came as scheduled and even Sal came on the job and pitched in doing my floors.
