The job involved replacement of several deck boards, addition of deck support structure, and sanding/staining, as well as some additional handyman work. The contractor was very knowledgeable and competent and made sure everything was done to our utmost satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company for home repairs and updating.

My backyard needed a Combination French and Gravity Drainage System with 6 Catch Basins of 200 Linear Feet of SDR 35 Drain Pipe which Drains with a Popup Emitter that Drains to the Road. It has been working fantastic for 7 years now! I used to get stuck with my boots in my own backyard after a heavy thunderstorm, and it stayed wet for 7-8 days. Now even after a hurricane, my backyard was dry enough to cut the grass in 2 days! Andrew and his team worked efficiently, reasonably priced, very experienced, worked neatly, and were very polite!

They repaired and refinished posts on my front and back porches. I also hired them to replace my flooring in my house. I thought they did an excellent job on both projects.

The person who assisted me was named Amy and the experience couldn't have been better. From moving televisions to painting, Amy does it all with a smile and wonderful attitude. Amy was honest, pleasant, and most importantly competent. I will definitely be requesting her assistance in the future.

Each time he has worked for us Sean has been meticulous in everything he has done including; interior painting, hardwood floor repair and refinishing, constructing new outdoor steps and various other projects. His experience and talent have helped us to bring out the best in our 100 year old home. We would hire him again in a minute.

Sean is a very professional and meticulous project manager. He and his crew did a wonderful job reconstituting our dated and worn deck, as well as rewiring our lower lights and reinforcing the flooring and supports for the Florida room adjacent to the deck. He was in communication with us on every step, always caring for our future safety concerns. We will use SCF Services for any future remodeling or repair projects.

So I will admit, we started off on the wrong foot at first BUT the Sean, Felipe, and ESPECIALLY their relations contact Amy not only made it right but went above and beyond to make it right. After it was all said and done they not only took care of our issues, but Amy even went as far as to come to my home apologize and even bought my sick wife magazines/meds (OTC) that I couldn't pick up/ heating pad/EVEN A BOOK. They truly are good people and earned every 5 star review they receive.

Sean’s professionalism and workmanship was excellent is every way and he completed my project on budget and on time. He was very particular about fit and finish, which I really appreciated. I will be contacting him for future projects. I no longer have a hunt around for a good contractor…found one!
