Schultz Concrete Const, formerly located on Riverboat Row in Newport KY, replaced 3 concrete porch steps at my home in late fall 2021 after multiple concrete pours and months of them attempting to size them correctly. It took them weeks and then months to finish the project. They were paid in full on completion. Now less than 1-1/2 years later the stairs are developing multiple fractures, cracks and the added layers are separating. One step sounds hollow. I will need to find someone else to replace my steps again BBB now rates Schultz Concrete Const as F due to not responding to several complaints. Since late last year they have not responded to multiple phone calls, texts, and mail to them was returned from the Newport KY location. I can not recommend Chris Schultz Concrete Const if they even still exist.

He said he could do the job. They asked for the money and they did not finish the job. I had to hire another guy to finish the job.

They supported my porch and repaired cracks and patched between porch and house. I feel they did a great job.

Chris and his crew are amazing!! They did a fantastic job on my drive/walk way and my steps look beautiful. They communicated well , were always there on time , worked hard and very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!!

We had a front porch with a cement block foundation that needed to be leveled. Chris and his team did an amazing job. Not only did they lift and reinforce the porch to be structurally sound, they even made some cosmetic improvements we hadn't anticipated. Plus, their price was far better than any other estimate we got. I would definitely hire them again!

The workmanship was top rate. Worker were very professional. I would have them do other jobs when needed. Had them tear out work done prior to them because work was bad. Their work was total awesome and top grade. Loved working with them. Had three other job offers while working on my house.
