Egress Window Installation
Installed Boman-Kemp egress system. Salesperson and installers should communicate, salesperson stated installers would do this and that, and they didn't, dust free room, seal this and that, etc. Installers were nice but I had concerns when they said my install was the third the company did and they had little instruction on how to install, there is a PDF installation file on Boman-Kemp's website !!! Exterior - Looks good but future water infiltration concerns me, they didn't seal the window well attachment points. Interior - The frame in of the window is grossly out of square and not centered around the window frame.
