They did a complete roofing job including soffits, fascia,all new plywood and shingles. They also did some rafter repair for me. They were very efficient and I especially appreciated the care they took on the soffits and fascia. They also did a great clean up. I'm a very happy customer.

Miss great customer service and quality work? If you are looking to replace or repair your roof, then your go to company is SCM Roofing in Tampa. I found Jason and his team/crew to be most professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Among the many positive characteristics I found with SCM is honesty â Jason could have sold me a roof previously on inspections. But he was that honest, and advised that the roof was not in need of replacement at that time. The crew was expected to arrive at 7am â they arrived shortly before 7am â very prompt. It rained with significant thunder and lightning midday. The crew came down off the roof for safety, but waited for the storm to pass and continued working through to completion. My solar fans were not working â Jason and his team purchased replacements after my confirmation and ultimately installed the same day. Also impressive, 2 days after completion, a team member came by to check for nails on the property. This was in addition to the crew already doing this multiple times the day of the replacement. Pedro manages the onsite crew and does a fantastic job. Jason has quite a bit of experience with insurance companies. My situation happened to be a bit challenging. Jason was on top of the matters and demonstrated a great deal of professionalism as well as patience. This helped put me at ease as well. Last but not least, Jason, his team and his crew respected me and my home as well as with a smile. I highly recommend SCM Roofing. Speak to Jason and tell him KH recommended their services.

They did an outstanding job of installing the new roof, done in one day, quality job and on budget. They removed the gutters and I thought would arrange replacement but not so. They may have mentioned it was up to me to replace but I don't recall that conversation. A surprise that shouldn't have happened.
