Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install

Deck or Porch - Repair
Mr. Tinsley worked with me in repairing my deck, replacing materials that we found needing to be replaced that were unforseen, instead of just doing what what originally thought would be needed so that the deck would be safe. He made very constructive suggestions. His workmanship was very detailed and neat and he left the workspace very clean after he was finished. I would highly recommend Mr. Tinsley.

"This rating teaches me a lesson, it has taught me to put everything in writing. Regardless how small the project maybe, it must be in writing. This is the only way we can measure satisfaction and rule out the thought of lack of organization and what was contracted to be completed and what was not. I deserve this rating and feel it should be a lot less for not conducting business correctly. I didn't have a signed contract with this customer just a hand shake on what was discussed and priced. I promise my future customers that there will be a clear understanding in writing of what is required of me to achieve continued success for your business"

I've used many different contractors for a variety of projects at my home over the last two years, and I have NEVER been as satisfied as I have been with SC Tinsley Construction. Indeed, he is a refreshing change from most of my other experiences to date. Far too often I have been frustrated with other contractors for being late and/or over budget. Mr. Tinsley delivered exactly what we agreed upon and he showed up everyday when he said he would. He communicated with me throughout the project so I always knew what was going on. There were no hidden costs and he stood behind the work. Truly extraordinary!

I would recommend Tinsley Construction anytime. What I thought was a leaking roof, turned out to be something less serious. After checking around he gave us a fair estimate for the problem and then fixed it in one day and also repaired the inside ceiling. Mr Tinsley comes ready to work and does a very professional job. Had a pleasant experience. Work was top rate and the skill level was higher than what I am use to seeing locally by far. They followed a schedule, and I never once had tl to find out if they were comingg back to finish as many have to d with other contractors. I plan on using them again in the nearr future.
