Arrived on time, and explained the level of work they would be doing. Both technicians were very professional and polite, and finished the cleaning of the air ducts within three hours - top notch.

I assume that the vents are professionaly cleaned so I would have to give them a 5 star rating. They were also very pleasant to deal with. However, I was not home when they finished the job and was not pleased at their clean up. They left the hose unwound in the drive way, did not return furniture to original spot, left the air filter for me to clean and put back up, and left the door to the electric box wide. open. Work and customer service very good, clean up not so good

Fantastic company. Prompt service. The add-ons day of service made it a bit pricey but it did make a great difference in airflow and any lingering smell in the duct work is gone.

They vacuumed the carpet around all the air gents after cleaning to pick up any residual debris.

From the very beginning, I was very pleased with the service I got. On my initial call, I spoke with a girl who was so nice and willing to answer all my questions (and there were allot of them!) and did so with such a nice, pleasant tone and attitude. True, good quality customer service. From there, she scheduled our appointment and the guys who came were very nice and explained everything that they were doing. The were very good about calling to say that they were on their way. They were actually early and were asking if I would like them to come early! Unfortunately, I couldn't get home any earlier, but it was no problem. They made me feel like everything was okay and not to worry about anything. It was really nice since I had never done this service before and was kind of nervous about everything. All said and done... after I used my heater for the first time this winter and there wasn't that awful smell. Most importantly, my son who has allergies didn't have all the sneezing fits that he usually has every year. I will definitely be using be using them again!

They came on a Sunday, were on time, and called 1/2 hour before they arrived to let me know they were on there way. We asked them if they could take care of a couple other duct cleaning projects (cleaning out the dryer vent, shower fan) and they were very amenable. They were honest about what didn't need to be done and offered advice on projects they thought we could handle ourselves. They cleaned up after themselves. All three guys who came over were professional,efficient, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely call them for future duct and vent cleaning needs!
