Chimney work is hard to see so you really need to have faith and trust in the person doing the work. We felt comfortable with Scott and his team and what we can see (from the ground!) looks great. He came to the house, discussed our concerns, inspected everything and gave us an itemized list of repairs. He patiently explained things to me and performed the work in an efficient, professional way.

We had a set time for Scott to come by. When he realized he'd be running late, he called, which was great. I was home for the day, so it didn't disturb any plans. He came, did the job very neatly, assessed replacing a missing part to our flue and said he would try to locate that missing part & quoted a price to replace it when it came in. He came and inspected the inside of my fire place chimney sied there was some build up of ash behind the damper it was'nt sitting properly it needed to be cleaned so for a small fee he took it apart did what needed to be done,now i feel safer about having a fire.
