The only reason for not giving a perfect review is due to my being able to resolve my laptop issue by replacing a cable. However, this reference researched my issue and gave me recommendations and followed up with me even after I informed him I was able to resolve my issue before he was able to make the same day I contacted him. He will be my first choice when I have a need.
