I had a great experience working with SD Construction on a bathroom remodel in my apartment. Slava responded promptly to my initial inquiry, visited to assess the project, and provided a detailed, reasonable quote. I especially appreciated how clearly the scope of work was outlined from the start. Once the contract was signed, Slava collaborated closely with me to ensure everything stayed on track. When unexpected issues came up, he approached them with calm, professional problem-solving. He was always polite, easy to talk to, and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the work was excellent, and the final result matched exactly what was promised. I’m very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend SD Construction and would gladly work with them again.

We recently completed several projects with SD Company, including remodeling our bathtub into a shower, adding recessed lights, building a second bedroom, and replacing the wood floors. Before choosing them, I spoke with a couple of contractors, but Slava came highly recommended by my real estate agent and I’m glad we went with his company. One of the biggest strengths of working with SD Company is that they can handle many different types of projects under one roof. We didn’t need to separately hire an electrician, plumber, or handyman—they took care of it all. Since our condo requires adding the building as an additional insured party, it was also a plus that they are fully licensed and were willing to accommodate that requirement without any hassle. The team worked neatly and efficiently. They removed all the garbage, including heavy broken tiles from Home Depot that would have been difficult for us to handle. They also helped with smaller things, like patching walls and installing an RO system. While working from home, we really appreciated that the workers were respectful, kept the noise, and always closed the door when working on the bathroom. We are very happy with the results, especially the shower and new flooring. Slava was responsive throughout the process and stayed in communication with his workers, which gave us peace of mind. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we’ll definitely consider working with SD Company again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Slava just did a beautiful job on my master bathroom. He completely gutted the bathroom and it looks amazing. He stays on schedule, is very communicative and has wonderful people working for him. SD Construction and Development did an excellent job completely renovating my apartment. After demoing the unit they upgraded the wiring & plumbing as well as installing all new windows, kitchen and bathrooms. It was done on time, on budget and completely transformed into comfortable modern apartment. The contractor and subs were friendly and took pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem with my basement , which needed to be addressed. We hired SD construction based on recommendations from friends. The whole process was smooth and ran on schedule. The space is completely transformed. Looks beautiful! The job was done very efficiently and timely. Slava was always available to answer my questions and provide prompt solutions. His work ethic is superb. I highly recommend SD construction.

Slava proved to be an incompetent and dishonest general contractor. Created many problems that later needed to be resolved with a different contractor. He has very poor knowledge of the construction business and in general, inability and unwilling to deliver what he promises. Very poor work ethic. The only art he mastered is deception. Stay away from him.

SD Construction does impeccable job, paying attention to every detail to full customer satisfaction. We hired Slava to remodel our office and from the pretty much empty cement box that our building was he created amazing modern facility. We couldnâ t be happier! Highly recommend him and his workers!
