Sunil, a principal with S&D Construction is the consummate professional. He listens to your requests and concerns, and explains what he will do in detail. He shows up when he says he will, the work is done exactly as described and all inspections are passed with no issue. He and his workers replaced the upper and lower front porches on our two family house, as well as completed inside renovations. It was a large project. Sunil and his workers were a pleasure to work with. He and his company were the best contractors we have ever worked with.

We had previously hired someone else who built such a poorly constructed deck that it needed to be taken down completely and rebuilt properly. This was our first time hiring for a project because my husband had always done things himself but is no longer able to since he is disabled. The experience was very bad to say the least. We then got 4 estimates to rebuild the deck properly and chose SD Construction based on the professionalism Sunil showed as he explained what was wrong and how it should be done. In addition he was so genuinely kind and sympathetic about our circumstances, and gave us a very fair price. Sunil and everyone else on his crew were amazing throughout the process. They were friendly and professional and take such pride in their work. They truly want to make every customer as happy as is possible. Our finished deck is so beautiful and well built. They exceeded our expectations and turned what had been an awful experience into a wonderful, positive experience. I wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating. I can't recommend them strongly enough! We will definitely call them again for any future projects.

Project managed very well, easy to work with and listened to what we wanted, but also offered suggestions to better project. Work started when scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Work site area cleaned daily. Would strongly recommend.

We had S and D build us a floating deck. Sunil and the rest of the team were very professional and really know what they are doing. They are great at asking questions during the project to ensure the best product is delivered to their clients. We will be reaching out to them again for other house projects.

The only reason I rated them a 4, was due to a delayed start. In all fairness, our job was very small, and they had other larger jobs going on. They were trying to coordinate with. Sunil was excellent and kept in touch with me. I would definitely work with them again!
