had this company replace my service door on my garage. looks nice. the only down side was they didn't clean up after themselves and i have been finding nails all over the place.

Responded to my request almost immediately after I placed, The appointment took place in less than 24 hours. The repair gentleman was very pleasant and efficient. He cleaned up the work area completely before leaving. One of the parts of the new opener wasn't working so I wasn't even charge for the opener until the replacement part was installed the very next working day. All in all I am pleased with the quick response, the efficiency of the worker and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company .

This was the third garage repair I was involved within the last 120 days. SD Design did not quote work and was 50% more expensive then other contractors for exact same work..

Unbelievably responsive, sincere, seemed to actually care about delivering on a promise. Within moments of requesting a call they were in touch, and showed up in my driveway shortly thereafter. They had to build a new frame for our non-standard door and did not charge for it. Meticulously tidy and careful. Best experience I've ever had with a contractor. I got the impression that were highly entrepreneurial, and care deeply about building their business. Don't call anyone else!

Fast, efficient, courteous & friendly. Within 2-3 minutes after I selected them over Anytime Garage Door Service, they contacted me & we set a time for the garage spring repair. They showed up on time & 1-1/2 hours after SD Design finished & left, Anytime Garage Door Service called, asking what my needs were. All I said was "Sorry, you're too late - your competitor completed the repair & is probably on the next job site. Maybe you need to brush up on the 'early bird' theory. I didn't even get an "I'm sorry" response.

Our project ended up requiring some extra, unexpected framework repair to replace a door. The contractor did not charge us extra and did an EXCELLENT job with the repairs. They were always on time and very professional. We would highly recommend them!

The customer service was excellent from initial contact through installation which occurred in just a matter of a couple days. We are very pleased with the garage door opener they recommended. It works great and is surprisingly very quiet. I would hire them again in an instant if ever presented with the need.
