We have been in business since 1999 and collectively have over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Our goal is to provide highest quality workmanship at the most competitive price. Emerald Construction responded quickly, sized up the job as quickly and got to work quickly. The job consisted of bypassing "blind corners" in cabinets used for cooking ware and replaced with roll out shelves, making access much easier. A new cabinet was then custom made where the trash compactor used to be. The workmanship was excellent and does not look like a make-do. Dmitriy and his employees did an excellent job! They handled all the details and were meticulous about doing it all perfectly, including the clean-up. Not only would I recommend them highly to others, but I will hire them again myself as new projects arise. The seem to be very versatile with a broad range of experience and expertise.

Excellent work! Fair rates. Doesn't charge for just giving an estimate unlike one of the others that contacted me. When Mr. Zagorodniy said he would be at the house, he was there. When I called him on a Saturday out of the blue to take care of a minor issue, he dropped everything and came by to fix it. The next time I need some service, I'll give Dmitriy a call.

I was in a real crunch as my house had sold in 6 days and we did a very short escrow as my buyer was paying cash. I needed some patch work done on the chimney. It was very difficult to find someone that would do the job (they only build them, not repair them???). Dmitriy not only came the same day to give me an estimate (a Saturday no less) but did the job the following Monday without going over the original estimate. Dmitriy is a very kind man who takes a lot of pride in his work. I would hire him again.
