They are coming today to fix my toilet this afternoon the reason why I gave him such a high rating is because the way they treated me on the phone they were compassionate and they understood where I was coming from I am a a widow of a senior master sergeant who passed away December 30th 2016 I explained it to Sean what I was going through he was very compassionate and understanding and I was very pleased that's why I gave him all five stars so when he comes this afternoon he will finish the job and I still will give him 5 stars I really appreciate it when people are very considerate and kind and I thank homeadvisor.com them to me sincerely Sheila Gomez
