They gave me a price to open two holes on a door and put the handles, we agreed on $700 dólares, as soon as they finished they started requesting to pay extra for the installation of the handles that was supposedly ?not included? they wanted to chat $1300 for that. It?s ridiculous, as soon as I said no they started acting weird and say that they will remove the handles and leave. They did a hole show. Please save a headache.

We were looking for a second lock on our front door. Roy was the first to call and to show up for an in person estimate. We had scheduled other estimates but when he showed up he was so profesional and pleasant and he went the extra mile when he helped us fix a problem with our front door that was not closing properly. We decided to hire him on the spot. Very respectful and excellent job with the lock! The price was a little higher than we had anticipated but he was worth it! A job well done. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family! Thank you Roy.
