Broke our foundation, poured uneven concrete, broke the radon fan, poorly installed downspouts, and came out three or four times to fix mistakes, and repairs are still needed. The owner agreed in writing to pay for the damage and then refused. Almost a year later and outside downspouts are still leaking and the company does not respond after multiple phone calls, emails, and texts. Poor decision and even worse work quality. Paid 17000 dollars for mistakes.

My one problem with this vendor was that on the day of my first day of my service, I was informed ten minutes before they were due here, that one of their technicians was a "no show" and that they would be unable to do the work that day. It was then necessary to reschedule for 9 days after the initial appointment. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told there was an emergency and it wasn't their fault. They did show up on the rescheduled date and I was very happy with the technicians and the job they did.
