They answered the request for a quote immediately. Cory knew about the King County rebate program and told me about it. He walked me through the process and told me how much it would cost. Then he submitted the paperwork to register the septic inspection with the county. The job was completed to my satisfaction.

Was able to locate lids for septic tank and dug them up (3). Very friendly gentleman. I will be having him check and open the drain field so my septic system will work like it is supposed to. Would highly recommend him for any problems that you may have with your septic system

I was ready for our appointment and dug what I thought was the opening to drain our septic system. However, after testing it, there was no septic cover underneath so this opening was quickly abandoned and covered up. When I brought up the 1971 sketch, the house was mislabeled either the wrong address and there were sketches of our house and the house behind ours. So we poked around the yard, still with no success. Then Kevin called in SW Plumbing and they came over about an hour later to scope the toilet stack to locate the opening. The cover was located and the cleaning commenced. Then it was discovered our tank was actually 1200 gallons and not the 1000 noted on the map. So, even after the delay and the digging, I was charged a reasonable fee less than $800 despite the digging and the gallon overage. We’ll have peace of mind for another 6 years and will definitely call Service Pros again!
