Hickory North Carolina experienced the worst flood in memory. I believe it was 7-8 inches. My basement flooded overnight and I had a hard time getting someone such as Servpro to come out to my home. Luckily, Servpro of Alexander and Caldwell came to my home. David, and the rest of the staff was great. I even had a information packed meeting with the owner Randy. That is what sold me because these guys were extremely busy but the owner Randy still came out to my home. The work is done and everything in my basement is dry. No mold, mildew or smell. Would certainly give them a call again. <br />
