Sullivan Electric Services

We hired Sullivan Electric to do our electrical for our basement finishing project. Sullivan was prompt and professional and passed the rough-in inspection on the first go. Sullivan will be returning to complete the installation of light fixtures in a few weeks.

Seems to be the type who will do as promised for a reasonable price.

Mr Sullivan and his helper arrived when he said he would. First thing I noticed was their appearance Clean and professional.Installed under counter lights. Great job. They even came back and showed me what I was doing wrong when I turned them on. I would definetly use again.

I needed a new remote for my ceiling fan which required the services of an electrician. Mr. Sullivan himself came to do the job. He was on time, professional, and stuck to the estimate he gave me which was a huge plus. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

I found Mr Sullivan on HomeAdvisor gave him a call which he picked up right away which was a plus, but than he gave me an estimate over the phone without coming down to look at it made it seem like the minimum he would charge was $350 for instal of four outlets, troubleshoot and repair outlets in kitchen, and repair backyard light. The next day he arrived a little late installed four outlets as discussed, but turned out nothing was wrong with the outlets in the kitchen he said the " GFCI where doing what they were supposed to do", and the back yard light was fixed by replacing the old sensor that rain water damaged with a new one, but replaced it with a black sensor rather than a matching white, which I was fine with in the end, unfortunately in the end he didn't recalculate the fact that he really didn't had to do anything with the outlets in the kitchen yet he was still trying to charge me $25 more for the unmatching backyard sensor. I am not an electrician and he and his employee did get the job done, but was just dissapointed that I believe he did not charge a fair price for work he done seemed too expensive to me usually an instal of lights or switches are around $50 a pop and the sensor $25 itself just didn't add up to me other than that they got the mission accomplished.

I found Mr Sullivan through home advisors. I live in an older Buckhead condo and wanted to replace a vent good with a microwave. Since its older, there wasn't an electrical outlet. Mr. Sullivan called me right away, came out to quote the same day, and was able to get the microwave installed the next day! It looks great, charged me what he quoted, and I'm very happy. He was professional, courteous, and I felt very at ease allowing him into my home as a single female. I will definitely save his number for my next project.

Floyd was timely and professional, was patient when I had a scheduling conflict, answered my questions and price was very reasonable. Would hire him again!
