Mr. Scoles is the Environmental Services Manager for SES Environmental, Inc. In his 29 years of expe-rience, Mr. Scoles has developed a wide variety of technical skills. Mr. Scoles has conducted numerous highly-sensitive industrial hygiene surveys as well as indoor air quality studies for private and Federal facilities. He has performed or managed over 1000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. He has conducted health and safety oversite on numerous UST removals, and he is responsible for providing all industrial hygiene services to include: mold evaluations, mold remediation, asbestos related services, and lead-based paint evaluations. Nothing real bad, just surprised that he was only here about half an hour and original quote was for $450 then bill was $550.

You MUST check this company out. I had an unbelievable mold problem. I had 3 other estimates each for $4K-$5K for the job. When SES gave me an estimate for a FRACTION of that, I was more than skeptical so I did more homework. Look at their site and list of customers. Check their credentials and years in business compared to the other companies. You will find there is no comparison. Slade came out explained everything they were doing step by step. They were fast, inexpensive and thorough but seriously, talk to them, read their credentials, their degrees, and certifications and you will understand. The best move I made all year

Commercial Toxicity and Mold Removal
They were great about getting the work done but will not get me the information I need for the City to complete the Code enforcement demanns. They said they mailed me papers twice I finally got a copy of the estiment they gave me. But they will not give me a work completion order and I also ask for a copy of the written warranty and they send me that either. I think their work was great it's the ones in the office who are un willing to suppy what they say they will.
