The project is out of date, he requested a lot more money, the craftmanship is not good at all. This is not even leveled, its like he used scrap wood. He was supposed to use an antique fence as a rail and he cut it all up which was worth around $10,000. He tore off the front of the house and then he said he could not do it.

Mike rebuilt a shower seat for us. He called several times to confirm appointment time. He kept us updated on progress. He was professional and friendly. We will definitely use Mike again and highly recommend him.

He was on time. He installed 3 new light fixtures and 2 bi fold doors one of the doors had to have new hardware which he took home and made the update and brought back the next morning and completed the job.

I had my greenhouse covering and roof washed. Mike was thorough and a perfectionist. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I will hire him again for various projects. He will do anything I point him to well.

We had to negotiate rate, and he was very open and fair. Then, when it came time to do the work, it took an usual amount of extra time to install a couple of window blinds. We were mystified. If he'd had a problem with adjusting -- what ever it might have been -- we needed to know the details. We have a home for people with Alzheimer's. We are very busy with Residents and staff. We were not expecting to monitor his work; however, we were very disappointed to see how much time was expended on relatively straightforward tasks. We have three houses, so we were looking at each other with a long-term agreement in mind to assist our operation regularly. He was excellent on customer care, very helpful about scheduling. Perhaps there's more we need to know about the job? We have worked with a number of people who dragged out the clock, so we're skittish about that!

Installed items incorrectly and crooked. Initially said he would fix his work the next day and then refused to come back and do the work claiming he did his best. Still wanted to be paid for bad work. This guy wasted my whole weekend on a job that should have only taken a few hours.
