SGC Roofing & Construction

Anthony was great! He was very professional, and knowledgable! Highly recommend SGC and Anthony!

Had a great experience with SGC Roofing! Anthony did the repairs and was professional, efficient, and did excellent work. Would highly recommend!

Had a few roof repairs done and was completely impressed. The professionalism was fantastic as I was walked through each area, the root cause and necessary fix. The workmanship matched their professionalism to perfection.

⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience. I would absolutely NOT recommend this roofing company. The communication was terrible from start to finish. Getting a clear answer or even a simple update felt nearly impossible, and the entire process was handled in an incredibly unprofessional way. Promises were made and then not followed through on, and I constantly felt like I had to chase them just to get basic information. What bothered me most was the complete lack of accountability and customer service. When you hire a professional company and trust them with something as important and expensive as your roof, you expect reliability, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. There are plenty of roofing companies out there that actually value their customers and understand the meaning of professionalism. I would never use this company again.

My neighbor was selling his home and had SGC Roofing install a new roof before putting it on the market. I was impressed by the pride SGC took in their work, especially the care they put into protecting his pool and landscaping to ensure nothing was damaged. They even had a sign near the street highlighting their commitment to maintaining a “nail-free zone.” When it came time for me to replace my own roof, Jerry and his team went above and beyond. They took the time to clearly explain my options and handled nearly all of the communication and coordination with my insurance company, making the entire process incredibly easy. Most importantly, they did exactly what they said they would do—on time, without cutting corners, and with a warranty to stand behind their work. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out to me. I highly recommend giving SGC Roofing a call. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent experience for us. They were on time, reasonably priced, professional, very courteous, paid attention to detail and completed the project as promised!! Will absolutely contact them again for any roofing needs. We now have a “go to” roofer for any needs in the future!

Done the job on the spot! First and only response. Thank you Rene!!! Good job!!! 👍

Anthony was great. He came out same day and did an assessment of my roof. Came out the again and made it right. Awesome guys, great experience.

The job was done with professionalism & very quickly! They communicated every step of the way. My roof & inside look brand new…no signs of any damage! I highly recommend them & will use them again!

Good experience

Anthony came and inspected my roof and gave me his honest opinion and I followed his instructions and got a full roof replacement, gutter replacement, and fence stain paid for by the insurance.

Anthony Perez came to my home when I requested help with roof repairs. Before Anthony came to my home, I had another contractor show up prior to him. The previous contractor only looked at my home's roof from the ground and declined to go up to look at it. I had missing tiles that were blown off from the storms and many others repairs that needed immediate attention. This previous contractor asked for $2200 up front and said he would refund the money if my claim was approved. Then Anthony came out to my home. When he came, I wasn't available, so he spoke with my daughter. Anthony realized the roof needed immediate attention because of all the storms continuing to come into the area so he immediately went up onto the roof and covered all the areas that would have caused more leakage into our home. In addition to this, Anthony did a complete inspection of my home and then spoke with my wife and provided her with valuable information of issues that we were not aware of. Anthony also provided us with pictures of all the damage so I would have that present when the adjuster came to the house. Anthony never asked us for a dime from and he saved us from a lot of water damage that would have resulted from the damages. He called and left me a message as a courtesy afterwards even though he had spoken with my wife. Anthony is incredibly knowledgeable and has an infectious personality that makes it very easy to talk to. He genuinely cares about people and he isnâ t the type of person who just wants your money. I highly reccomend Anthony to anyone needing home repairs!!

SGC Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof. I was dealing with a condensed timeline when selling my house, they were able to repair the roof before the closing date with no questions asked. I was so impressed with their promptness and responding to phone calls and texts. The roof they put on my house looks fantastic. I couldn't be more happy with their work and couldn't recommend them more.
