The company was polite and accommodating throughout our move. We did experience a couple of hiccups but to their credit, the team worked with us to make things right and offered compensation for the inconvenience. If you do book with them, just make sure to confirm all pricing details upfront, including hourly rates and any potential surcharges, so there are no surprises on moving day. Overall, they were responsive and willing to resolve issues when they came up.
