Fridge, Freezer or Ice Maker Repair or Service
BEWARE! If possible to leave a negative star review, it would have been more appropriate. This is the first time I have left a negative review on a appliance repair company. It took a lot to bring me to leave this review. #1, from the initial appointment to diagnosis the microwave issue, I was told by the repair technician who complained that since under warranty, he wasn't getting paid enough to do this job. #2, he wouldn't be responsible for the any damage he may do to my wall and baseboards. #3, the parts that were ordered and received were for the wrong manufacturer and also wrong parts. We ended up hiring another company and paid out of pocket since the company told me they only had 1 repair person in our area. I contacted Sharper Service Solutions numerous time asking for help to resolve with our Extended Warrany Company, since Whirlpool had paid them in full. No luck. The owners of the company didn't have the deciency to return my phone calls. I REPEAT BEWARE!
