As a landlord I look for professional, quality but affordable companies to work with. I have used Shawn on multiple occasions (6 times) to install vinyl plank and laminate plank flooring throughout the entire house. One property had extensive subfloor damage which he repaired also. He arrives on time, does a great job and cleans up when he leaves! He is my go-to for flooring!
