James was great to work with. He was very fast to slot us into their workflow and completed our project in the timeframe we agreed to. He gave us a competitive price and worked with us on allowing certain upgrades (which added cost to the baseline estimate, understandably). There was a bit of a communication barrier that led to a bit of confusion about total price at the end, but the fact that we had asked for a written estimate helped clear things up and James was very friendly and we got to a resolution that worked for all.
